NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

Supporting and reporting into Front of House Manager

Take ownership of the guest journey to ensure that we create a truly unique Generator experience

Strive to continuously "raise the bar" by improving standards of performance, redefining the hostel experience by achieving outstanding customer satisfaction

Ensure that our social spaces embody the Generator brand and culture

Play a part in ensuring that there is a responsible person (duty manager) onsite at all times

Build and lead a FOH team who get Generator and want to be themselves

Ensure that your team remains up to date with all local, national and international trends

Communicate effectively and appropriately in all directions so that the team understands its goals and is motivated to achieve them

Have a comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with all local legislation and regulations pertaining to your department

You must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered for this role

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE

Previous experience working in the hospitality industry and in a similar role

Possess a high level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities in addition to excellent leadership skills

Competent level of IT proficiency

Conversant in at least one Property Management System
