About Desort

Desort is a recruitment and staffing firm specializing in the dental industry. We help dental practices nationwide find qualified professionals and are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our client base.

This is a sales-focused position centered on prospecting, reaching hiring decision-makers, selling recruitment services, and generating new business.

What You’ll Do

- Prospect dental practices nationwide and identify new business opportunities
- Reach practice owners, office managers, HR leaders, and hiring decision-makers
- Cold call, email, use LinkedIn, and conduct consistent outbound outreach
- Introduce and sell Desort’s recruitment and staffing services
- Identify hiring needs and convert prospects into new clients
- Follow up consistently and manage a pipeline of prospects
- Build long-term relationships with dental practices
- Work with our recruiting team to support client hiring needs

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing




- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Strong ability to identify and reach the right decision-makers
- Persistent and confident with follow-ups
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Experience with LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems
- Recruitment/staffing sales experience is highly preferred
- Dental industry experience is a plus
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus

Compensation

Commission-only. No base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation.

Earnings are based on successful business generated.
