CentralReach is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own production reliability, define SLOs/SLIs, and drive observability across platforms. You will troubleshoot complex production issues, build automated runbooks, and lead incident response to reduce toil and improve system resilience.
As part of the Platform Engineering group, you will collaborate with software teams on releases, capacity planning, and operational readiness, implementing tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
