Activities:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Change & Transformation Expert to design and deliver change initiatives across Accounting, Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting, covering both Group and local requirements. Working across Finance, Business, Risk, Operations, Data and Technology, the role translates accounting and regulatory needs into sustainable processes, governed data flows and system solutions, supporting the progressive and responsible adoption of AI in Finance through prioritized use cases, controlled experimentation and evidence-based scaling.
The successful candidate will combine Finance and Reporting expertise with business analysis, project management and change execution capabilities, supported by sound Data Management and AI literacy. Key initiatives may include new accounting standards, evolving Group and local reporting frameworks, process optimization, data governance and quality improvements, and a phased AI adoption roadmap—from low-risk pilots and quick wins to broader deployment once value,



controls and operational readiness are demonstrated— as well as core banking or Finance system transformations.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Finance change and transformation initiatives, from impact assessment and target solution design through implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
• Support Group and local subject-matter experts in assessing the impact of new or amended accounting standards, regulatory requirements and business products on accounting treatments, processes, controls, data, systems and reporting, including Data Management implications and the readiness of Finance processes for gradual AI adoption.
• Translate Group and local Finance needs into clear business and functional requirements, process designs, data specifications, data-quality, lineage and ownership requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and implement accounting, Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting solutions, introducing a
