Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level technical assistance for Microsoft software and service ecosystems.

• Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and troubleshooting steps within our CRM systems.




• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve critical product concerns.
• Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) within the fast-paced Information Technology sector.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technological releases and cloud computing trends.
• Deliver consistent, professional, and empathetic support to Italian-speaking enterprise and consumer clients.

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
• Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Greece.
