About The Role

The EMEA HR Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality HR operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle while contributing to the development of a scalable HR Shared Services capability.





Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers, the role provides timely HR support, maintains accurate employee records, coordinates payroll and benefits activities, and supports HR systems, reporting, and compliance requirements. As a member of the HR team, the successful candidate will help establish efficient HR processes within the newly independent Oxoid Remel Microbiology business across multiple countries, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and service excellence.

What You'll Do

Employee Lifecycle and HR Support

• Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Deliver accurate and timely HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, leave administration, and offboarding
