Job Overview
We are seeking passionate professionals to join our prestigious client in the automotive sector, providing high-level support to Italian-speaking customers. Key Responsibilities
• Act as a primary point of contact for automotive inquiries, providing expert assistance to customers in Italy
• Manage technical and product-related questions regarding modern vehicle features, EV technology, and connectivity
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored, professional automotive solutions
• Document all interactions accurately within our CRM to ensure seamless service tracking and improvement
• Collaborate with international teams to stay updated on the latest automotive product launches and service updates
• Ensure all service-level agreements are met while maintaining the premium standards of the automotive brand
Requirements
• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Genuine interest in the automotive industry and vehicle technologies
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment within Greece
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered a strong advantage
