Sifar Nutra is part of Sifar Group that was founded in 1966 on a pharmaceutical heritage. Today our food supplements reach consumers across Europe through sifarnutra.com, Amazon in Italy, Spain, Germany and France, TikTok Shop, and Italy's leading online pharmacies.

We're looking for a new team member who will drive growth of our direct-to-consumer business. You'll report directly to the CEO in a small, international team where decisions are made quickly and your work shows up in the results.

What you'll do• Define and execute the D2C marketing strategy: brand, positioning and product communication
• Run performance campaigns hands-on (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), owning budget and results
• Grow sifarnutra.com: conversion, content, CRM and email marketing
• Manage Sifar Nutra’s social media accounts
• Lead new product launches, working with the marketplace team
• Develop content with our pharmacist and external creators, within supplement claims regulations
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in Italy.




• Conduct regular competitive research on other products and companies in our industry.
• Measure what matters: revenue and contribution margin by channel, not just ROAS
• Over time, build and lead your own team

Who we're looking for• 4–7 years in digital marketing for a consumer brand, ideally in supplements, health, beauty or food, in-house or agency
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing and e-commerce, not only managing agencies
• Comfortable with numbers: you can read channel P&L; and make data-driven decisions
• Native Italian and fluent English (English is the team's working language)
• Nice to have: knowledge of supplement claims regulations, Amazon or marketplace experience, Shopify
