As Advisor you will support Gucci Osteria to give its clients a state of the art experience. Specifically you will be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will welcome customers, manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure a positive clients’ experience from arrival to departure.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and accompany them to their tables
• Manage reservations via phone, online platforms, and walk-ins.
• Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide wait time estimates.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and daily reports.
Job Requirements
• At least one year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. Previous experiences in luxury contexts will be highly prioritized
• Fluent English and Italian
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Salary Package
• Gross Annual Salary: 25000 € (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).
• NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): CCNL Turismo, Pubblici Esercizi, Ristorazione Collettiva e Commerciale
• Impiegato 4° livello
• Other Benefits: Flat Rate Overtime 1500 €
