Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Customer Engagement Partner on a fixed-term 12-month contract to enhance engagement with healthcare professionals across North Italy. You will develop trusted relationships, gather insights, and support disease education initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The role reports to the Product Manager and focuses on advancing engagement quality, compliant practices, and alignment with brand strategy. Fluent English and Italian are required.
