What You Will Do
Customer Relationship & Guest Experience
* Build trusted relationships with guests, acting as their onboard consultant and point of reference.
* Understand guest needs and use engaging storytelling to inspire guests and enhance their cruise journey.
Consultative Selling & Revenue Growth
* Recommend the right product, service or experience at the right moment, through a consultative approach.
* Maximize revenue through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
* Overcome objections, guide purchasing decisions and successfully close sales.
Commercial Excellence & Business Impact
* Apply retail best practices,
including visual merchandising, process optimization and asset protection.
* Monitor sales targets and support onboard departments in achieving their commercial goals.
* Support the development of sales capabilities across onboard teams.
* Actively contribute to revenue meetings, proposing new ideas to drive business growth.
Safety & Professional Standards
* Promote a culture of safety, service excellence and professionalism, ensuring compliance with company health and safety procedures.
Who You Are
Required
* Secondary school diploma or degree in tourism, languages or humanities
* At least 2 year of experience in Retail/Sales, ideally in cross-/up-selling or onboard revenue roles
* Excellent command of English (C1) and knowledge of 2 other languages at minimum B2 level (Italian, French, German, Spanish)
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Customer-focused and relationship-driven, with a natural
