**Job Description:**

Within the **Manufacturing & Supply Chain** area, we are looking for an **Industrial Engineering Officer** for our office in **Cisterna di Latina**.

The selected individuals will be integrated into the Process Engineering department with the aim of carrying out activities to develop test solutions for the production lines of avionics, terrestrial, and naval equipment.

**The individuals will be responsible for the following activities:**

* Analysis of electronic board TDP (Technical Data Package) and related feedback to design * Time and Methods analysis and definition of Work Cycles * Definition of production processes * Production Capacity Analysis * Preparation of flow charts and Value Stream Map * Non-conformity analysis * Entry and maintenance of Work Cycles in the SAP company system * Assistance to production departments * Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (5S) * Knowledge of main problem-solving tools (RCA) and Quality methodologies (FMEA, 5W+1H, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why, Pareto diagram) * Knowledge of process control tools (SPC, Cp and Cpk, control chart)



* Preparation of technical documentation (method sheets, operating instructions, technical reports)

**Educational Qualification**: High school diploma with a specialization in Electronics

**Required experience level:** Junior (1-3 years) - Expert (3-5 years)

**Technical knowledge and skills**

* Ability to synthesize, especially applied to data presentation * Production documentation (e.g., parts list, work cycles, drawings, production specifications).

**Behavioral Competencies**

* Time and priority management * Collaboration, flexibility * Teamworking * Problem-Solving oriented * Operational flexibility based on project needs (shifts, overtime)

**Language skills:**

* Good knowledge of English (B1)

**Computer skills:**

* Knowledge of the SAP application * Good knowledge of Excel and ability to process data with it * Excellent knowledge of main Office tools (Word, Access, Project)
