Lem Fi (Series B) is building the go-to financial app for the Global South. Moving to a new country shouldn't mean starting from zero. What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth. With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1 B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity. As the Growth Manager for the Italy-Nigeria corridor, you'll drive Lem Fi's expansion across Nigerian communities in one of our most critical markets. This is a growth role that requires you to be equally comfortable traveling to key diaspora hubs to build physical community presence and managing high-leverage organic growth. You will direct influencer negotiations, manage external agencies, partners, and key community leaders, and execute grassroots field marketing.
You'll spend 3 to 5 days every few weeks in a new Italian city, representing Lem Fi at Nigerian community events, building partnerships,
rigorously tracking campaign performance, and accelerating user acquisition. You're embedded in the communities we serve, acting as both a strategic thinker and a ground-level operator. You will work across paid channels, organic strategy, local agency partners, and product teams to drive massive user acquisition in this market, while serving as the internal voice of the user.
What you'll build and own Travel across Italy 3 to 5 days every few weeks, establishing on-the-ground presence in new cities. Attend community events, build and expand Lem Fi's community networks, network with local leaders and organizations, and grow relationships that build deep, ground-level trust. Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to Nigerian ex-pat communities in Italy. Own growth targets for assigned markets and optimize campaigns using data and insights.
