YOUR ROLE

Do you want to pursue the profession of Chartered Accountant or Lawyer and dedicate yourself to domestic and international corporate tax consulting? Studio Tributario e Societario Deloitte is looking for recent graduates or young professionals with an economic and tax background to join the Financial Services Industry (FSI) team.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate on consulting and assistance relating to domestic and international direct tax issues for clients operating in the banking and financial sector.

You will provide ongoing advice on direct and indirect taxes for limited companies, relating to national and international tax issues (e.g. CFC, Permanent Establishment,



etc.); you will have the opportunity to deal with advice on the tax treatment of extraordinary operations (e.g. mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.) and you will participate in tax due diligence activities.
