The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Facility Management Category Manager to lead sourcing strategies for facility services across our international portfolio of manufacturing sites, offices, warehouses and other operational facilities.

You will work closely with Real Estate, Facility Management, HSE, Finance, Legal and global/regional procurement teams to optimize service delivery models, strengthen supplier performance, protect operational continuity and deliver sustainable value.

You will be successful in this position if you combine deep Facility and Integrated Management knowledge with strategic sourcing expertise, strong commercial judgment, technical curiosity and the ability to influence stakeholders across countries, functions and organizational levels.
How You'll Make an Impact:

* Develop and implement the global category strategy for both hard and soft FM categories.




* Lead sourcing and procurement for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, driving cost efficiencies and supplier relationships
* Analyze spend, demand, supplier markets, cost drivers, risks and emerging FM/IFM technologies.
* Lead complex, multi-country sourcing initiatives from market engagement and tendering through negotiation, contracting, transition and implementation.
* Drive cost optimization, supplier consolidation, specification standardization and total cost of ownership improvements.
* Manage strategic supplier relationships through performance scorecards, quarterly business reviews, improvement plans and executive governance.
* Establish commercial models, scopes of work, pricing mechanisms, KPIs, SLAs and continuous-improvement commitments.
* Ensure suppliers meet service quality, operational resilience, HSE, regulatory, sustainability and contractual requirements.
* Promote innovation through AI, IoT, Robotics and CAFM, CMMS, predict
