What you'll be doing:
At Avon, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As a People Service Area Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality People Services across assigned markets, ensuring a seamless employee experience in payroll, benefits administration, and HR operations. You will support the successful transition and integration of processes into our Shared Services model while maintaining operational excellence and compliance. Working closely with employees, stakeholders, and external partners, you'll help drive continuous improvement, accuracy, and efficiency across People Services activities.

Key responsibilities:




• Coordinating monthly payroll activities, including collecting and validating payroll inputs and collaborating with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.

• Administering employee vantaggi programs and supporting employees with benefits-related queries.

• Maintaining and updating employee data in Workday and/or local HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

• Performing regular audits, controls, and reporting activities to support data integrity and operational excellence.

• Supporting employees with payroll and benefits-related matters, providing timely and customer-focused assistance.

• Leading and supporting the transition of assigned markets into the Shared Services model, including process mapping, system integration, and knowledge transfer activities.
