Who are we looking for :

Are you an experienced SAP professional passionate about optimizing business processes and acting as the link between business and IT?

We are looking for an ERP Specialist to manage and continuously improve our SAP landscape across Sales, Distribution, After-Sales, and Warehouse Management processes.

In this role, you will support business users, coordinate SAP-related activities, gather and translate business requirements into system solutions, and contribute to the evolution of key processes across a European environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring system reliability, driving continuous improvements, managing SAP customizations, and collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

Your new role :

- Manage and support the European SAP landscape across Sales, Distribution, After-Sales, and Warehouse Management processes.
- Ensure expected service levels are achieved through effective incident management and troubleshooting activities.
- Act as the main point of contact for collecting new business requirements and project initiatives.
- Coordinate SAP-related activities and support the prioritization of initiatives according to business needs.
- Provide functional support to SAP users and guide them through business processes and system-related topics.




- Perform SAP customizing activities, primarily within SD and MM areas, to support new functionalities and process enhancements.
- Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to implement solutions and support daily operations.
- Coordinate ABAP development activities when required, ensuring alignment with business needs and system standards.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives and SAP-related projects across the organization.

- Ensure business continuity through reliable SAP support and effective incident resolution.
- Improve operational efficiency by optimizing SAP processes and configurations.
- Support business growth by translating operational needs into scalable system solutions.
- Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Drive collaboration between users, IT teams, and external partners to deliver continuous improvements.
- Contribute to the successful execution of SAP enhancements and transformation initiatives.

About you :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience working with SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) processes.
- Experience with SAP Warehouse management (WM) .
- Knowledge of the main SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes and related business flows.
- Hands-on experience in SAP customizing activities.
- Ability to gather, analyze,



and document business requirements.
- Experience working with multinational organizations or IT consulting environments.
- Exposure to SAP projects, system enhancements, or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Travel Requirements : Willingness to travel when necessary.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

- National Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Gomma Plastica
- Level: A
- Base Salary range: € 43.500 – € 60.000
- Premio: 10%

Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
