Analog design engineer – Cornaredo
Join the team in Cornaredo as an analog design engineer and contribute to the development of integrated circuits and system-in-package solutions for the ASP division. In this role, the successful candidate contributes to the design of gate drivers and motion-control devices based on innovative technologies.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate and exchange knowledge with design teams in Catania, Cornaredo, and Aosta.
Main responsibilities
- Define and complete design solutions, from feasibility studies to qualification and production
- Develop innovative integrated circuit solutions for next-generation motion-control and gate-driver products
- Support the technology research and development (TR&D;) team in the development of new technologies and specific components
Required skills and experience
- Master’s degree in electronic engineering
- Knowledge of integrated analog circuit design
- Experience with the main computer-aided design (CAD) tools for integrated device design
- Knowledge of electrical measurement methods and instrumentation
- Team-oriented attitude
The expected salary range for this position is €38.000 - €43.000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role.
In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
