Acting as a key link between Business Functions and Manufacturing, you will support demand forecasting activities across assigned product portfolios, channels, and SKUs, ensuring the business has the visibility needed to make effective decisions. /p /brpThis position is ideal for a professional with approximately b1-2 years of experience /b who combines strong analytical capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate data into actionable business insights. /p /brh3Your Role /h3 /brul /brliManage forecasting activities across assigned product portfolios, channels and SKUs. /li /brliAnalyze historical sales trends, market dynamics,
promotional initiatives and customer behavior to develop reliable forecasts. /li /brliMonitor and report key performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, forecast bias, service level and stock availability. /li /brliSupport the monthly forecasting and SOP cycle, ensuring alignment between commercial expectations and operational capabilities. /li /brliPartner closely with Marketing, Supply Planning, Sales and Key Account Management teams to identify risks, opportunities and corrective actions. /li /brliProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. /li /brliContribute to new product launches, portfolio changes and commercial initiatives through robust forecasting assumptions. /li /brliPrepare analyses and presentations for management meetings and business reviews. /li /brliFacilitate cross-functional collaboration by translating complex data into clear business messages. /li /br /ul /brh3Who are you: /h3 /brul /brliMaster's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines. /li /brliApproximately 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Forecasting, or similar areas. /li /brliExperience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or other fast‑moving environments is considered a plus. /li /brliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
