It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. /ph3Job Description /h3pBD Rowa Italy Project Manager will manage the entire development cycle of the BD Rowa orders, starting from the handover with the sales force, contact with the customer, development of the project with the related stakeholders, handover with the service team, up to obtaining the EC Form. /pulliLead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling. /liliDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. /liliDevelop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts. /liliCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. /liliEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. /liliPerform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans. /liliTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. /liliReport and elevate to management as needed, providing regular project status updates to stakeholders. /liliManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. /liliBuild and maintain strong working relationships with customers,



ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively. /liliConduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project management processes. /liliMaintain a thorough understanding of BD Rowa's products and services to effectively guide project implementation. /li /ulp· Ability to manage the life cycle of the order /pulliBachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare, automation, or pharmaceutical industry. /liliProven working experience in project management, demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects. /liliSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is a plus. /liliExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English. /liliSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. /liliStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). /liliPMP / PRINCE2 certification is a significant advantage. /liliAbility to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required. /liliStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
