h3Role Conditions /h3ulliShift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 /liliHours: 40 hours per week /liliOvertime: Additional overtime available, potentially taking hours up to 56+ per week /liliTravel Expenses: Up to €250 paid at the start/end of the contract /liliAccommodation: Not provided /liliInterview: Not required /li /ulh3About the Role /h3pJMC Aviation is recruiting Electrical Fitters to join a Cable Shop in Venegono, Italy, supporting the production of electrical harnesses and associated aircraft wiring. /ppThis is a bench-based production role, focused on the manufacture, assembly and testing of aircraft electrical harnesses and associated components within a controlled aerospace manufacturing environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProduction and assembly of electrical harnesses and associated hardware on a bench. /liliConnector assembly and termination. /liliPin-to-pin continuity checks and electrical testing. /liliWorking from electrical drawings, schematics and detailed work instructions. /liliIdentifying, reporting and rectifying production discrepancies. /liliEnsuring all work is completed to required quality and production standards. /liliFollowing all applicable health, safety and quality procedures. /li /ulh3Candidate Requirements /h3ulliProven experience working with electrical harnesseswithin an aerospace or aviation environment. /liliExperience with harness assembly, connector installation and electrical continuity testing. /liliAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and work instructions.
