pJob title: Compliance officer (middle level) /ppDepartment: Euronext Securities Milan /ppCompliance Reporting /ppReporting to the Head of CSDs Compliance and Euronext Securities Milan Chief Compliance Officer /ppStart gross salary from 40.000€ /ph3Tasks and Responsibility /h3ulliSupport and proactive collaboration with the local Chief Compliance Officer in the main compliance activities. /liliCollaboration in the monitoring relevant legislation, regulations and directives framework (e.g. CSDR, GDPR, AML) applicable to the Company. /liliConduct compliance risk assessments, gap analyses and other compliance analyses to identify and mitigate compliance risks within the central securities depository business. /liliPrepare, update and control internal governing documents such as policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with external and group requirements. /liliExecute compliance-related internal controls and thematic reviews. /liliPreparing regulatory and management reporting, including preparing and presenting compliance reports to senior management and other internal stakeholders. /liliSupport business units with advice on Euronext Securities activities and maintain continuous dialogue with employees across the organisation regarding compliance-related topics. /liliCoordinate and cooperate with other compliance teams and stakeholders to ensure a harmonised approach. /liliDevelop presentations and training material and conduct training in accordance with the compliance plan to promote compliance awareness. /liliContribution to the drafting and update of the annual compliance plan and follow up on executed compliance activities.
/liliIdentify and implement activities to develop and mature the compliance culture across the CSDs and business units. /liliContribute to compliance-related projects as relevant. /liliPerform various administration and planning tasks within the compliance area. /liliManage ad hoc tasks as required. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field. /liliAt least five/six years of experience in compliance, risk management or a related area, preferably within financial services. /liliKnowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and directives applicable to the financial industry. /liliExperience in conducting compliance risk assessments, gap analyses and internal controls. /liliProven ability to prepare, update and implement compliance policies, procedures and governing documents. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and support business units and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. /liliStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and projects independently. /liliHigh level of integrity, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a strong compliance culture. /liliProficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage. /li /ulpWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
