Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for a Skin Health Scientist

Work area: Pomezia

Contractual situation: 12 fixed-term contract

Responsabilità

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute and support projects aligned with brand
Support end-to-end development activities, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure successful project delivery
Perform hands-on technical work, support the manufacturing scale-up team, data analysis, and pipeline execution
Utilize expertise in formulations, ingredient selection, raw material management, and cost optimization
Translate product science into consumer-relevant insights
Prepare technical reports/manuscripts, provide project updates, and facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration to generate new ideas and solutions.

Functie-eisen
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Level: BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology,



or related field.
Language Level: Fluent in English (written and spoken), minimum C1 level.
Ability to work independently, organize and execute assigned tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow for multiple initiatives
Strong ability to monitor timelines, identify and escalate risks, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
