/liliAnalyse educational practice and children's learning outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement. /liliPartner with service leaders to achieve and sustain high-quality Assessment and Rating outcomes. /liliFacilitate professional learning communities and collaborative practice. /liliSupport Quality Improvement Planning and ongoing service improvement initiatives. /liliTravel between allocated services to provide onsite coaching, mentoring and support. /li /ulh3About You /h3pYou're an experienced early childhood professional who is passionate about developing others and improving educational outcomes for children. /ppYou'll bring: /pulliA Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved). /liliHold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle - travel is required. /liliDemonstrated experience leading curriculum and educational practice. /liliExperience coaching, mentoring, and developing educators. /liliStrong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, NQS and contemporary early childhood practice. /liliA collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. /liliThe ability to influence, inspire and support teams across multiple services. /lilibPlease note: /bAny candidate employed from 1 October must provide evidence of completion of the mandatory National Child Safety Training via Geccko, including bFoundation Training (courses 12) /b and bAdvanced Training (courses 3,4 5) /b, or be willing to obtain these certifications prior to employment. /li /ulh3Every day matters.
