To make this vision a reality, we’re looking for a Front Desk Manager who can combine professionalism, warmth, precision, and a passion for hospitality. We’re seeking a cheerful, reliable, and organized individual with an eye for detail, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to lead and motivate their team.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating and supervising the Front Office team

- Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs

- Monitoring arrivals, departures, and reservations

- Handling phone calls, emails, and guest requests

- Selling rooms, restaurant services,



spa treatments, and additional services

- Managing concierge services and addressing guests’ individual needs

- Handling complaints and resolving issues

Skills:

-

- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, xysqume and problem-solving skills

- Leadership, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset

- Precision, professionalism, and attention to detail

- Excellent knowledge of German, Italian, and English

- Familiarity with ASA, Korrespondenzmanager, Additive, and Hotel Kit is a plus
