In addition to leading the cybersecurity agenda for the Maison, the CISO contributes to the Fashion Division Cyber Architecture & Expertise service, supporting architecture governance, technical expertise coordination, and the development of Division-wide security standards and blueprints.The role requires close coordination with the LVMH local legal and compliance teams in the relevant jurisdictions, as well as with Fendi’s HQ legal and compliance team and other HQ functions, and offers significant exposure to an international, matrixed luxury goods organization.Job responsibilitiesMaison cybersecurity leadershipDefine and lead the Maison cybersecurity roadmap in alignment with Group and Division priorities, ensuring effective implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, controls, and governance principles at Maison levelAct as the primary cybersecurity advisor to the Maison CIO and key business stakeholdersLead cyber risk assessments, maintain the local risk register, and drive remediation and risk treatment plansOversee Maison-level security operations, vulnerability management, incident preparedness, and response coordinationEnsure cybersecurity requirements are embedded into business, digital, infrastructure, and transformation initiatives, monitoring cybersecurity posture, key risks, and remediation progress, and report to relevant stakeholdersSupport compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal security requirementsContribute to the definition and evolution of cybersecurity architecture principles, standards, and target blueprints across the Fashion DivisionProvide technical expertise and guidance to support secure design decisions across Maisons and shared initiativesCoordinate with divisional and Maison stakeholders on key architecture and security design topicsContribute to the review of major projects, platforms,



and technology choices from a cybersecurity architecture perspectiveGovernance, resilience, and stakeholder engagementApply Group and Division methodologies for cyber risk management, control assessment, and exception handlingCoordinate audits, maturity assessments, third-party security reviews, and remediation follow-upLead local coordination for cybersecurity incidents in line with Group and Division frameworksDefine cybersecurity requirements for business continuity and disaster recovery planningBuild effective relationships across IT, Digital, Operations, Legal, HR, Risk, Retail, Supply Chain, and other relevant functionsProfileBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of progressive experience in information security, including 5+ years in a senior leadership roleStrong expertise across cybersecurity governance, risk management, security operations, cloud security, application security, infrastructure security, and security architectureDemonstrated ability to translate enterprise cybersecurity strategy into effective local executionStrong knowledge of frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSFPrevious experience as a CISO or Deputy CISO is preferredStrong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skillsAdditional informationLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect or each person’s singularities. This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs. This role is also eligible for bonuses, subject to Fendi's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
