Moncler is looking for a full-time stock controller for its store in leccio (reggello, fi). the stock controller will support back-of-house activities, ensure product availability and contribute to team targets.your impactmanage all warehouse operations, maintaining high efficiency and effectiveness.organise and keep the stockroom orderly, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes.support the sales team with accurate stock information.handle product replenishment, conduct cyclic counts, inventories and stockroom maintenance.report any discrepancies promptly to the line manager.process customer repair requests and complaints,



following corporate after-sales procedures.assist colleagues with administrative tasks.qualifications1-3 years of experience in stock management or retail operations, preferably in luxury or premium retail.strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.experience with rfid systems is highly valued.fluent in italian and english.availability to work during weekends.digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.compensation & benefitsemployment under the ccnl tessile collective agreement.gross annual salary €25,500-€29,000, depending on experience.competitive sales commission linked to store performance.meal vouchers for each worked day.
