The Applications Specialist is a high-level informatics Application Specialist with experience in workflow analysis and configuration of PACS, RIS, VNA with experience in 3rd party applications. Along with this, the Application Specialist delivers clinical application training plus troubleshooting implemented solutions.

Hybrid working with travel up to 80% of the time to clients in Italy.

Work at the customer site to conduct workflow analysis
Configuration of applications on and off-site
Analyses and troubleshooting of implemented solutions
Driving good customer Administration practices within IT and the Imaging department
You are responsible for the on-site implementation of RIS PACS products at customer sites as part of project deployments, in collaboration with the implementation team assigned to the project.
Based on your in-depth knowledge of the application and the customer’s workflow, you will contribute to the optimization of the installation.
You assist in the start-up phase and provide the customer with the necessary advice and documentation.




Deliver training to the PACS/RIS administrators, Radiographers, Clinicians, Radiologists and support personnel both on and off-site.
You support the “Train the Trainer” activities of the key users.
You assist in the development of application-specific training and documentation.
. Complete all documentation and site visit reports in coordination with the Project Manager.
You support our Sales department in conducting customer demonstrations (also during trade fairs).
You provide feedback on your project activities to the Project Manager.

What you bring to the table

~ You have a bachelor’s degree, in Medical Radiologic Impaging and Radiotherapy Techniques or you are a trained Radiographer with PACS/RIS Administrative experience in a clinical setting
~ 1 to 3 years of experience within the healthcare sector, including medical imaging and hospital workflows, with a strong focus on radiology environments and processes
