pJob Description The position The HR Business Partner will provide HR support for the Organon organization in Italy. The HRBP coaches the managers and provides expertise in the development support of the organizational talent and diversity strategy, talent management, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee relations issues. The HR Business Partner will report to the HR Lead Italy. Diversity Inclusion at the core Organizational Agility Integrated function Superior experiences Catalyst for Change /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide HR support to leaders in Italy. /liliCreate and drive the talent and diversity strategy and initiatives within Italy. /liliSupport all talent management, and organizational alignment activities within client group(s) and contribute to organizational change management activities when necessary. /liliCoach managers to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes (talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, etc.) /liliProvide learning strategies and solutions to support and enable talent strategy /liliTalent Acquisition support and on point for local in-market GTA activities /liliProvide leadership and project management to critical HR initiatives across Italy as needed. /liliCollaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable client's business strategy /liliProvide Employee Relations advice and consult to managers on items such as performance management/improvement, issue/conflict resolution, policy, procedure, law and standards education. /liliAssisting management with investigating, answering and resolving grievances. /liliProvide consultation on Compensation Benefit strategy execution, which may include competitive benchmarking, pension program support, vantaggi enrolment, local vendor management. /liliProvide limited administrative support on HR processes like entry and exit processes, maternity leaves,
