As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building.br/We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak. /ppAt Dynafit we are looking for a Junior Product Developer to join Apparel Division.br/Working closely with Product Management, Design, Development teams, and suppliers, you will support the creation of technical apparel products from concept to salesman sample, contributing to high-performance products that reflect Dynafit's DNA and meet the needs of mountain athletes. /ph3Tasks and responsibilities /h3ulliTranslate design concepts and product requirements into detailed technical information within the PLM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates /liliSupport product development activities from concept to salesman sample, maintaining complete and organized development records for assigned styles /liliManage prototypes and samples, ensuring quality, fit consistency, and adherence to development timelines /liliCollaborate with pattern makers and suppliers to communicate construction requirements and support product reviews throughout the development and sampling process /liliWork closely with garment manufacturers across different regions, supporting development activities and supplier visits when required /liliSupport fit sessions, product evaluations,
and testing activities, including field and washing tests /liliMonitor development timelines and follow up on key development milestones /liliCollaborate with Product Management and Design teams throughout the collection creation process, contributing to the continuous improvement of product construction, fit, functionality, and quality /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliDegree or technical education in Apparel, Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a comparable field /lili1–3 years of experience in apparel product development, preferably within sportswear, outdoor, technical apparel, or performance products; recent graduates with a relevant educational background in apparel or textiles are also welcome /liliBasic understanding of garment construction, pattern making principles, fabrics, and apparel manufacturing processes /liliDetail-oriented and organized, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset /liliGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment /liliPattern making and sewing skills are a plus /liliVery good Italian and English skills /liliAvailability to travel to suppliers, trade shows, and field-testing activities when required /li /ulh3Annual Gross Base Salary Range /h3pstarting from 30,000€.
