Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits while identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions. Support safety training, emergency preparedness, contractor management, and compliance with company HSE standards and applicable legal requirements. Partner with Operations and other stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture and continuously improve workplace safety performance. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct daily safety inspections and workplace risk assessments across operational areas. /li liIdentify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure timely closure. /li liInvestigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and support root cause analysis. /li liMonitor compliance with HSE procedures, company standards, and applicable legal requirements. /li liSupport the implementation of safety programs, initiatives, and continuous improvement actions. /li liDeliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors. /li liMonitor PPE compliance and ensure appropriate PPE is available and correctly used. /li liSupport emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, fire safety, and emergency response activities.
