About The Position
Nel ruolo di District Manager , avrai la responsabilità di gestire i ristoranti assegnati con l’obiettivo di massimizzare le vendite e la redditività,



garantendo un’eccellente esperienza per i clienti e un elevato coinvolgimento delle persone.
Assicurerai il rispetto dei processi e degli standard operativi, promuovendo i valori e i comportamenti di leadership di Burger King. Sarai inoltre responsabile della costruzione di relazioni positive con i team dei ristoranti e con i principali interlocutori aziendali.
Principali attività
Relazione con i ristoranti
- Costruire relazioni solide con i team dei ristoranti, basate sulla fiducia e sulla responsabilizzazione.
- Garantire una comunicazione chiara ed efficace all’interno dei ristoranti e con le diverse funzioni aziendali.
- Monitorare costantemente le attività operative dei ristoranti, fornendo feedback e intervenendo tempestivamente nelle situazioni critiche.
