Position The selected candidate will join the HR team and will be responsible for the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing in compliance with current regulations.Main Responsibilities:Monthly payroll processing and related social security and tax obligationsManagement of attendance, vacation, leave, sick days, and other payroll-related eventsMonitoring deadlines and sending mandatory communications to relevant authorities (INPS, INAIL, Italian Revenue Agency)Continuous updates on labor and social security regulationsCollaboration with the HR team in managing contracts, hiring, terminations,
