The role supports new construction, renovation, modernization, and maintenance projects from programming and concept development through construction completion. This is a full-time, primarily on-site position located in Naples, Italy. /p pbJob Duties Responsibilities /b /p ul liDevelop architectural and interior plans, specifications, programming studies, space plans, concepts, and code compliance analyses /li liSupport housing, community, medical, educational, maintenance, industrial, hangar, administrative, and command-and-control facilities /li liPrepare and review design submittals at conceptual, 35%, 50%, prefinal, and final stages /li liApply DoD and Navy criteria, Unified Facilities Criteria, Unified Facilities Guide Specifications, the International Building Code, NFPA 101, sustainability requirements, accessibility criteria, and host-nation regulations /li liCoordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, environmental, security, utility, real estate, and cost disciplines /li liConduct field investigations and participate in design reviews and coordination meetings /li liReview shop drawings, submittals, requests for information, design clarifications, changes, claims, and post-award construction issues /li liDevelop or review scopes of work, cost estimates, technical reports, schedules, presentations, and project records /li liCoordinate with host-nation authorities, designers, installation stakeholders, and government teams /li /ul h3Key Qualifications /h3 ul liLegal Work Authorization:
