To make this vision a reality, we’re looking for a Front Desk Manager who can combine professionalism, warmth, precision, and a passion for hospitality. We’re seeking a cheerful, reliable, and organized individual with an eye for detail, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to lead and motivate their team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating and supervising the Front Office team

Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs

Monitoring arrivals, departures, and reservations

Handling phone calls, emails, and guest requests

Selling rooms, restaurant services, spa treatments, and additional services





Managing concierge services and addressing guests’ individual needs

Handling complaints and resolving issues

Skills:

Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Leadership, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset

Precision, professionalism, and attention to detail

Excellent knowledge of German, Italian, and English

Familiarity with ASA, Korrespondenzmanager, Additive, and Hotel Kit is a plus
