and simulated radar dataAdapt models trained on simulated SAR data to real-world radar signaturesCollaborate with radar engineers to account for SAR-specific characteristics such as speckle, shadowing, and acquisition geometryWork with the Radar Engineer to define dataset requirementsConduct error analysis and iterate on model architecture, training strategy, and data selectionRequired skills and qualifications:Strong proficiency in PythonHands-on experience training deep learning models with PyTorch or TensorFlowSolid understanding of computer vision, in particular object detection architecturesExperience working with large image datasets, including preparation and quality control2+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning or computer visionDesired Skills / Qualifications:Familiarity with remote sensing, radar systems, or SAR image characteristicsExperience with domain adaptation or training on synthetic dataWorking knowledge of C++ or MATLAB for model integration, deployment, or radar signal processingMaster's degree in Computer Science, Remote Sensing, or a related fieldCandidate must be eligible to work inItaly.Employmentcondition:Full-time, 40 hours per week.Offered salary range: € *************** gross annual#J-*****-Ljbffr
