h3Job Title: Donations Field Supervisor /h3pPay Range: $23.97 - $26.50 /ppLocation: Ravenna Neighborhood - Donation Station /ph3Job Summary /h3pResponsible for supervising donation station attendants at single or multiple sites. Ensures proper staff levels at all ADC sites.Provides initial and on-going training and supervision for all ADC personnel.Works with Transportation and Donations departments to ensure proper flow of donated goods.Maintains employee morale and conducts periodic performance evaluations as needed. /ph3Essential Functions /h3ulliBuild and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction. /liliComplete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees. /liliManage employees, equipment, facilities and logistics for each ADC. /liliSet expectations, instruct, coach and identify employee training needs. /liliResponsible for interviewing and hiring. /liliResolve workplace problems by addressing issues that impact employee performance and productivity. Partner with Donations Manager and Human Resources when appropriate. /liliPrepare and maintain reports and data by collecting, documenting and summarizing information. /liliComplete projects by planning, organizing and monitoring assignments. /liliMaintain a clean work environment. /liliUpholds safe work practices in support of a safety culture through awareness and observation; assist in safety training of employees; reports any potential hazards or accidents. /liliOther duties as assigned. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pTo perform this job successfully,
