-- KONE Technology Translate simulation and test results into practical design recommendations; Develop CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation in Creo; Support testing, industrialization, supplier collaboration, and manufacturing readiness; Manage engineering changes and contribute from concept development to serial production.
Requirements MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automation Engineering, or equivalent; 0 to 3 years of experience in FEM analysis, structural simulation, mechanical design, or product development; Knowledge of FEM tools such as Ansys or equivalent; Good CAD skills, preferably with Creo, and ability to create clear engineering documentation; Fluent in Italian and English.




Soft skills Analytical mindset combined with a practical engineering approach; Proactive attitude, ownership, and ability to work in international, cross-functional teams; Problem-solving mindset and willingness to turn analysis into implementable product solutions.
