-- Aon Reinsurance Italia SpA*, a reinsurance broker of the AON group, is looking for a Junior Treaty Broker to join its Treaties team in Rome.
Profile In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an agile, well-structured, and solid team, oriented towards sharing skills and objectives.
After an initial learning phase of the necessary technical tools, you will be able to actively cooperate with both Italian colleagues (Analytics, Facultative, Direct) to get a complete overview of the local market, and in an international context, for global clients and focus groups.
You will gain technical-economic knowledge and contract structuring skills, as well as relational skills in managing client and reinsurer relationships.
The resource will support the team in the following areas: Analysis of reinsurance contracts.
Preparation of renewal data (premiums, claims, risk profiles).
Development of ad-hoc analyses for the evaluation of new business, maximizing its value for the client.
