The Applications Specialist is a high-level informatics Application Specialist with experience in workflow analysis and configuration of PACS, RIS, VNA with experience in 3rd party applications. Hybrid working with travel up to 80% of the time to clients in Italy. /ppAs a bApplications Specialist /b you are responsible for: /pulliWork at the customer site to conduct workflow analysis /liliConfiguration of applications on and off-site /liliAnalyses and troubleshooting of implemented solutions /liliDriving good customer Administration practices within IT and the Imaging department /liliYou are responsible for the on-site implementation of RIS PACS products at customer sites as part of project deployments, in collaboration with the implementation team assigned to the project. /liliBased on your in-depth knowledge of the application and the customer's workflow, you will contribute to the optimization of the installation. /liliYou assist in the start-up phase and provide the customer with the necessary advice and documentation. /liliDeliver training to the PACS/RIS administrators, Radiographers, Clinicians, Radiologists and support personnel both on and off-site. /liliYou support the "Train the Trainer" activities of the key users. /liliYou assist in the development of application-specific training and documentation. /lili. You analyze user feedback and communicate relevant information to the appropriate internal stakeholders /liliYou provide the necessary input and follow-up of application-related incidents.



/liliComplete all documentation and site visit reports in coordination with the Project Manager. /liliYou support our Sales department in conducting customer demonstrations (also during trade fairs). /liliYou provide feedback on your project activities to the Project Manager. /li /ulh3What you bring to the table /h3ulliYou have a bachelor's degree, in Medical Radiologic Impaging and Radiotherapy Techniques or you are a trained Radiographer with PACS/RIS Administrative experience in a clinical setting /liliOpen to travel up to 80% of the time to clients in Italy /lili1 to 3 years of experience within the healthcare sector, including medical imaging and hospital workflows, with a strong focus on radiology environments and processes /liliExcellent knowledge of hospital workflows / clinical environmentExperience providing application support to clients with complex software environments within healthcare (medical imaging, radiology) is a plus /liliPACS / RIS System experience is a plus /liliAGFA HealthCare systems experience is a plus. /liliStrong interpersonal skills and customer service focus /liliPositive attitude, proactive, self-starter, both action and results oriented /liliWell-developed analytical, diagnostic and problem resolution skills /liliA strong team player, maintaining a high level of quality in a challenging environment /liliContinuous learning orientation; keeping aware of new and emerging technologies /li /ulpbCompensation: /b Salary range (depending of level of experience) b30k - 35k euros + 10% premio /b.
