We are looking for We are looking for a high-performing and experienced SDR Team Leader (m/w/d) for the Italian Market.
We need a leader who is passionate about coaching, driven by data, and eager to scale our outbound operations in Italy while fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
Your role in BizAway Lead and Mentor: Manage a team of Italian-speaking SDRs, providing daily guidance and conducting weekly 1:1s and coaching sessions.
