Team Product Management is the team responsible for the strategy, discovery, and delivery phases of all products and services on the Immobiliare.it platform.
Composed of Product Engineers, Designers, Analysts, and User Researchers, our mission is to develop valuable and optimal solutions from a usability perspective and to create an excellent user experience throughout the entire user journey.
In parallel, the goal is to maximize business results by applying a scientific approach to initiative planning (build-measure-learn) and making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative analyses.
We are looking for a Product Builder - Agentic AI Products to help us create, test, and validate new AI-driven products before they enter the regular development roadmap.
In this role, you will build functional experiences using tools like Lovable, N8N,



OpenAI, ElevenLabs, BigQuery, Segment, Mixpanel, and other AI or automation platforms.
You will transform user problems into testable and realistic reference products , validating solutions even before their integration into Immobiliare.it's core platform.
Responsibilities: Transform initial ideas into functional reference products , building interfaces, automations, AI agents, and data integrations to validate new products with real users or internal teams.
Prototype tools and operational logic in detail , defining webhooks, APIs, input/output, permissions, and fallback systems, ensuring that the prototype's behavior faithfully simulates the final product.
Validate solutions through direct tests with subsets of users, collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback to analyze the effectiveness of the user experience.
Facilitate the transition to the engineering phase by defining payloads, data structures, and logical flows that the development team will use for integration into the core platform.
Drive product strategy by documenting learnings and recommendations , helping the team objectively decide whether an initiative should be abandoned, iterated, or added to the roadmap.
This role will give you the opportunity to: Work on AI products that can radically change the experience for users, real estate agencies, and internal teams.
Contribute to new products such as conversational agents, AI assistants,



CRM automations, ad optimization tools, AI-assisted publishing flows, lead qualification systems, and new agentic experiences.
Minimum Requirements: Technical, engineering, computer science, mathematics, data-oriented education, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong curiosity for digital products, AI, automations, and intelligent agents.
Ability to build functional reference products using low-code, no-code, or AI-assisted development tools.
Familiarity with API logic, webhooks, data, payloads, databases, automations, or workflows.
Fluent English or sufficient to work with technical documentation and international tools.
Preferred Requirements: Experience with tools such as Lovable, N8N, OpenAI Platform, ElevenLabs, Replit, Cursor, Supabase, Retool, Make, Zapier, or similar.
Experience, even personal or university-level, in developing web applications, chatbots, automations, or AI agents.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, or data querying tools.
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, tool calling, and integrations between systems.
Sensitivity to UX, copywriting, conversational flows, and human-AI interactions.
Ability to clearly document what has been built, how it works, and its limitations.
What we offer: Contract type: permanent.
Referent CCNL (National Collective Labor Agreement): Commercio.
Annual Gross Salary: 35K-40K.
We consider higher salaries for candidates with greater experience and skills than required.
Location and working method: Rome (Termini Station area) - hybrid mode.
