This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott.
This position's primary function is to attend electrophysiology procedures and support any issues related to transcatheter ablation equipment.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and assistance over the whole national territory to the sales force and physiciansPerform product presentations and training on products utilization to customersSupport physicians during the enrolment and follow up phase of clinical studiesProvide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator and Clinical Department for any additional tasks and projectsBe proactive in taking Abbott solution-oriented approach to customersPromptly communicate feedback/info on supported electrophysiology proceduresPerform booth duty when requiredEnsure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followedEducation & CompetenciesDegree in Engineering (Biomedical or Electrical) or ElectrophysiologyGood Knowledge of English and Italian,
