Job Overview
The mission of the Network Planning & Operations Specialist at Maserati can be achieved by ensuring implementation of Network MTPs (Mid Term Plans).
Following the Long Range Plan (LRP) approval, Network Planning & Operations with Regions/Markets defines the number of POS for the optimal network coverage taking into consideration multiple variables like customer convenience and financial sustainability.
As an HQ level, the main task is to define clear guidelines to the Regional counterparts and monitor the MTPs implementation and network actions (open points, buy-sells, relocations,



terminations).
Main Activities
B2B:
Monitor and support application of B2B processes, tools and guidelines across regions
Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights
Monitor Residual Value results and guidelines implementation
USED CARS:
Maintain dashboards and reporting tools ensuring Used Cars datas accuracy
Support Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) activities and consistent rollout including execution of CPO programs in all markets
Support new projects developments within the Used Cars department
Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Economics & Business Management/General Management, Engineering or other related fields
Advanced Excel (including Macro/Pivot), Power Point and Word;
Outlook, One Drive, MS Teams
Working proficiency in Italian & English
Interest and knowledge of Sales & Marketing
Knowledge of the Automotive business
Commercial and business development acumen
"Embrace the change", "Go further" & "Hands-on" mindset
Passion for automotive will be considered a strong plus
Previous internship or academic project experience in automotive sales environment will be considered a strong plus
Availability for a 6-month internship
