This is a hands?on role combining financial control, accounting, payroll coordination, and business partnering within a small, standalone entity environment.RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Financial Control & AccountingMaintain full ownership of the general ledger and accounting recordsRecord and analyse salaries, including payroll postings and reconciliationsManage fixed assets: capitalisation, movements, and monthly depreciationRecord purchase invoices, staff expenses, and ensure compliance with deductibility rulesPrepare and post accruals and deferrals (G&A; and other costs)Manage bank postings, reconciliations,



and transaction allocations2.
Payments & Cash ManagementOversee and process all payments including: Salaries, tax payments, pension funds, and suppliersVAT, corporate taxes, and other statutory paymentsAct as secondary approver on banking platformsMonitor cash flow and working capital3.
VAT, Tax & Statutory CompliancePrepare and submit VAT returns and maintain VAT registersManage quarterly and annual tax declarationsCoordinate with external advisors (CPA, payroll consultant)Ensure compliance with Italian statutory and tax requirements4.
Management Reporting & PlanningPrepare monthly management accounts with variance analysisProduce additional reporting (e.G. Prophix reports)Support budgeting and forecasting processes including: P&L; and G&A; cost planningSalary cost projectionsReconciliation of budget/forecast vs. actuals5.
Payroll AdministrationAct as key interface with outsourced payroll providerCollect and submit monthly payroll inputs including: Absences, sick leave, parental leaveSalary adjustments and working hour changesExpense reimbursements and benefitsReview payroll outputs and ensure accuracy of payslipsProcess salary payments and resolve discrepancies6.
Employee Finance AdministrationSupport onboarding processes (tax data, benefits,



system coordination)Manage lunch voucher process (calculation, ordering, distribution)Support expenses process (with ongoing automation improvements)Process premio payments in coordination with HR7.
Revenue & Intercompany AccountingRaise and record sales invoices (including SDI e-invoicing)Manage recharge invoices and intercompany transactionsReconcile intercompany balances and agreements8.
Audit & GovernanceLead the audit process and prepare statutory accountsEnsure timely delivery of audit requirements and filingsMaintain strong internal controls and compliance9.
