and actions.Ensure timely closure of business decisions and approvals.Represent the Finance/PPM functional workstream in project meetings and governance forums.Required Skills & Experience12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Finance functional consulting.Strong experience in Oracle ERP implementation and/or transformation projects.Proven experience in ERP migrations, particularly Finance-related data and processes.Strong functional expertise in Oracle Finance.Good hands-on knowledge of Oracle PPM.Experience across both Finance and PPM is essential.Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance business processes.Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, UAT, migration, and go-live.Experience working directly with business stakeholders and process owners.Strong experience in conducting business workshops and documenting requirements.Demonstrated ability to drive business approvals and sign-offs.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of functional deliverables.Experience working in large, complex, multinational ERP programs is preferred.Preferred ExperienceOracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience is highly desirable.Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion is preferred.Experience in Oracle Finance + PPM integration.Experience with Finance data migration and reconciliation.Experience in multinational ERP rollouts.Experience working with system integrators or global transformation programs.Knowledge of Italian statutory/localization requirements is an advantage.
