pNidec Conversion is looking for an AUTOMATION COMMISSIONING ENGINEER for Montebello site. /ph3SUMMARY OF ROLE /h3p- Design, implement, verify the system Automation functions SW, test the HW and SW equipment in the test room, put in service the HW equipment and SW applications. Provide technical assistance on site and support from the field the HW engineering body in the definition of project modifications. /ph3PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliStarting from the specifications of the contractual project (functional specification of system, functional specifications of the mechanic), identify the modules Std and carry out the necessary customizations in order to satisfy the above specification. /liliPerform the testing and verification of the modules/functions SW, possibly using simulators. /liliIssue the use and maintenance documentation both to the customer and to internal users. /liliAnalyze and define interfaces between the various modules and/or subsystems available internally and from the market. /liliIssue the details of the SW to support internal realizations or to support requests for performance performed externally. /liliFollow up any external suppliers of SW modules. /liliPrepare and carry out the activities of commissioning of HW devices and SW applications provided in supply. /liliPerform the functional and acceptance tests of the provided system. /li /ulh3REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE /h3pDegree Engineering/Electronics/Informatics /ppJunior High School (5 years) electrical/electronic/Computer expert /ppGood English /ppProgramming languages SW and HW platform of PLC. /ppCommunication systems and networks for automation supervisory Systems (SCADA)
