**Job Description:**

Within the Aircraft Business Unit of the Aeronautics Division, specifically in the Operations & Supply Chain UO, we are looking for an Operative Quality & Reporting specialist for the Cameri and Venegono offices.

The resource will be responsible for:

* supporting the development of criteria and metrics aimed at monitoring and improving the quality performance for the products and programs of the Aircraft Business Unit
* Management and monitoring of operational quality KPIs of the Aircraft B.U, analysis of deviations from objectives/targets, and updating of related metrics through:
1. Definition of annual and monthly targets in collaboration with the Plant Quality Manager and Supplier Quality units.
2.



Structured and standardized management of data collection prepared by the Plant Quality Manager and Supplier Quality units.
3. Coordination and support to the Plant Quality Manager units in identifying and reducing non-quality costs.

**Requirements**

**Educational Qualification:**

PREFERABLY: degree in technical disciplines, engineering or, alternatively, a higher technical diploma

**Experience Level:** expert/junior

**Technical Skills**

* Knowledge of the main production processes of a manufacturing company
* Knowledge of the main control activities
* Project control capability (including use of MS Project)

**Behavioral Skills**

* Precision and attention to detail
* Problem-solving
* Good relational skills
* Results-oriented
