For our plant based in Mirandola, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Team Leader Supplier Quality Management to drive supplier quality excellence across our Center of Excellence.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing supplier quality strategies, leading a team of Supplier Quality Managers, managing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements throughout the supplier lifecycle.

You will work closely with different CoE Plants Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs teams and external suppliers to strengthen supplier quality performance, reduce risks, and support business growth through continuous improvement initiatives.
