Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Supports the management of project delivery according to defined project standards following FHCS PMO principles Supports the implementation of project management methodology and FHCS project and PMO standards Aligns and monitors project objectives, resources, schedules and scope and is responsible for project budgets Coordinates and manages based on identified improvement opportunities project proposals for the business functions Supports the development and implementation of project reporting and controlling
Additional Responsibilities Support for Knowledge- and Opportunity-Management Establishes partnership with the business responsible and gains understanding of FHCS’s strategic global and local business objectives and requirements Supports the definition of standards and implementation of methodologies for FHCS Application Management Contributes to the establishment of a knowledge repository/base, and supports the development of knowledge
